3. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless you select an alternative currency
• Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order
• A global fulfilment surcharge may apply to orders shipped outside Australia

5. Fulfilment and Shipping

StreetVault operates a mixed fulfilment model:

• Physical stock items are dispatched from our local warehouse and typically arrive within 3-7 business days within Australia
• Global fulfilment items are sourced and shipped internationally and may take 7-21 business days
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control

7. Loyalty Points and Referrals

• Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• Points may be revoked if earned through fraudulent activity
• Points are reversed on refunded orders
• Referral rewards are subject to eligibility requirements including a minimum order value and account age
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, StreetVault is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Damages arising from your use of third-party services

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
